I, Vidhya P. Chavan, 65 years old, am the wife of Dr. Pandit Chavan and an agriculturist by profession. I was born and brought up in Basav Kalyan, a city in the Bidar district of Karnataka state. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Kannada.
“Vidhya Nagar Bungalow Plotting Residential NA Project” is my first real estate venture. It is a RERA-registered project located in a rural area near Merla, the Taluka place of Dharashiv (Osmanabad) district, Maharashtra. I am the proprietor of this residential NA plotting project, which is adjacent to NH-65 National Highway and just 0.5 km from the intersection of two major highways: Mumbai-Hyderabad and Latur-Kalamb road.
Our main goal is to provide the best deals for families from Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, and Telugu-speaking communities to build their dream homes. The project is designed to allow individuals to own land and construct bungalows, row houses, or duplexes. It is approved by the District Town Planning Office, Osmanabad, with a 40-feet-wide tar road connecting to NH-65 and internal roads constructed as per GMTR and MTM standards.
