Plot Allotment
Allotment of plots is subject to availability and will be made on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the booking amount.
Booking and Payment
A minimum booking amount (as specified by the developer) must be paid to reserve a plot. Full payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may attract interest or cancellation.
Documentation and Legal Compliance
Buyers must provide valid identification and address proof for documentation. All legal titles, approvals, and clearances are available for verification upon request.
Cancellation Policy

Possession and Construction

Transfer of Ownership

Project Changes
The developer reserves the right to make minor layout adjustments or modify specifications, if required, due to technical or legal reasons.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the sale or allotment of plots will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the project is located.
